Screw Oil Press Working Procedure
Screw oil press uses the electric motor or diesel as the engine. Before pressing, preprocessing is necessary to get cleaner oil seeds. At the same time, you can turn on the heater switch to pre-heat the pressing cage. About 10 minutes later, when the temperature is high enough to meet the pressing degree, the operator can feed the oil seeds into the machine either by labor or by alto elevator(can ensure the continuous feeding). With the constantly feeding and rotation of the screw shaft, the space between the rings and the pressing screws is much smaller, which tightly squeezes oil from the seeds.
About Screw Oil Press Feeder
The screw oil press feeder is not just simplely reversed fastigiated container to let the material drop down itself, but there is a screw device and a stirring rod. When you turn on the oil press and put the materials into the feeder, the screw device will turn round to help feed the materials to go down the chamber of the oil press smoothly. This device avoids blocking in the feed inlet and the stirring rod also has certain effect on mixing the materials before pressing oil.
